    Thank you Liam in service for being so helpful with getting my car back on the road. I had a flat close to closing time on a Friday. Liam and his team brought my car in and in no time I was back on the road again. They could have easily turned me away where it was ten min prior to close but they were more than happy to help. Hats off!! Nice to see great customer service!

    Super rude staff. Not only asking for check my bag and let me wait for a while before she actually check my bag, but also tell me next time I have to show them my bag even they don't ask me to.

    Staff is helpful and their sale prices are reasonable

    Supervisor was excellent at return desk. Manager named Leo was extremely rude and literally raised his voice and argued with me about a return. Terrible customer experience. In the end, Andrew (another manager) took over and was pleasant and caring. Leo needs some serious customer service training. The lathered were amazing.
