    I feel the technician was a bit cavalier in his analysis of the chips on my windshield and could have done more to inform me that it would probably crack much worse - which it did. Needed a new windshield after my visit.

    Update: Speedy called me after my review and asked me a couple questions regarding my visit. Was nice that they followed up but they did not offer any kind of restitution - just asked what happened (which I explained).
